Our Story
Two Cities,
One Kitchen
Bangkok Tokyo brings the flavors of two Asian cities together on Main Street in Alamosa. One menu, two traditions, and plenty to share.
From the Thai side come rich Panang and Green Curry, Tom-Yum with lemongrass and kaffir lime, and Pad Thai Chow Wung, the royal style of Pad Thai in sweet tamarind sauce.
From the Japanese side come sashimi and nigiri, Gyudon and Katsudon over rice, and a full lineup of rolls, from the California Roll to our Signature Volcano and Dancing Eel.
